Whitley Asset Management is a privately owned wealth management firm, founded by Edward Whitley and Louise Rettie. Based in London with a beautifully converted office space located in Notting Hill.
This photo-shoot is an example of a crafting an authentic and premium looking result without much fuss or equipment. This was my second visit to there wonderful office and the brief required that staff portraits be captured alongside working office interiors and in an in progress meeting. Everyone at Whitley was great to work with and while these kind of shoots can feel awkward. I really enjoy the process of making people relax and forgot they are being photographed, this allows for genuine moments of connection and a natural authentic look.
All of the photography was completed with a minimum of equipment. Natural daylight being used throughout and only reflectors being used to balance the contrast.
