During the summer of 2022 while testing lighting set ups in direct sun, I shot a couple of self portraits. Like nearly everyone, I don’t like pictures of myself or having my photo taken. Which is probably why I’m not looking at the camera!…..probably looking at my phone at the time. However it didn’t take long for me to warm up and get used to smiling and relaxing with the idea of being on the other side of the camera, finally I couldn’t stop smiling. I had such a good time……just me and the camera!! Not sure I’ll repeat this anytime soon.
Also had a chance to try out some different processing colour grades on the images as well.
